At PIE, we believe that only classroom teaching will not take you to your goal. What is required to succeed in engineering entrance examinations is complete training. We have over 100 full time trainers who are well versed with all the nitty-gritty's of these examinations. These dedicated faculty members, who are always willing to help their students, are the very best in their fields. Not only that, all the faculty members participate in several training workshops to further hone their skills. Many of them are engineering graduates themselves and this helps a great deal when teaching for engineering entrance examinations. Being full-timers, they are easily available for after the class discussions, doubt removal etc. The research and development cell at PIE conceptualizes hundreds of new questions each year and they are included in our examination papers. Thus, by dealing with new questions, our students learn to tackle the element of surprise present in real examinations.

• Mr. Mohit Dubey  (HOD Chemistry):
  Mr. Mohit, is Masters in Chemistry. He has an experience of 8 years of training IIT-JEE aspirants.
• Mr. Pavan Kasu  (Head Southern India):
  Mr. Pavan, is Masters in Chemistry from N.I.T Warangal. He has an experience of 7 years of training IIT-JEE aspirants. 
• Mr. Sanjay Yadav  (Asst. HOD Physics Department):
  Mr. Sanjay has done B.Tech from I.E.T Lucknow. He has an experience of 10 years of training IIT-JEE aspirants.
• Mr. Nishant Kulshreshtha  (Lecturer Physics):
